Somatic Mirroring is a psychotherapeutic method of communicating from one person’s subconscious to another.
Somatic mirroring is a technique that we all do in some fashion or another. Let's bring this automated response to your conscious awareness. I invite you to dive into one another and allow your body to speak into each other’s true self. Let’s examine this phenomenon further. It’s estimated that 10% or less of a conversation is in the words used during communication. The other 90% is enveloped in tonality, body posture, micro expressions and whole body positioning. We can engage in all sorts of ways from eye gazing, to a meditative focus on pain accompanied with physical mirroring. This practice begins with conscious awareness and ends with a direct conversation from one subconscious to another. Let’s bring more awareness to our subconscious selves together! This will begin with one on one connection on a deeply profound and all encompassing authentic conversation which will quickly spread throughout communities.
