Somatic Healing for Grief & Loss
Grief lives in the body—not just the mind.
Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, a relationship, an identity, or a season of life, this somatic healing class offers a compassionate space to be with your grief in a gentle, supportive way.
In this class, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to express what words often can’t. There is no “fixing” grief here—only honoring, listening, and creating space for what is present.
What to expect:
- Grounded somatic meditation to support nervous system regulation
- Gentle somatic movements designed to release stored tension and emotion
- Guided journaling prompts for reflection and integration
- A calm, supportive environment where all experiences of grief are welcome
This class is suitable for all bodies and does not require any prior experience with somatic practices. You are welcome exactly as you are—whether your grief feels heavy, quiet, confusing, or hard to name.

This is a space to feel held, supported, and gently connected back to yourself.
