About this Event
Somatic Exercise is a mindful movement practice designed to restore balance between the body and mind. Through gentle, intentional movements, breathwork, and awareness-based techniques, participants learn to release tension, improve posture, and enhance mobility. This practice supports nervous system regulation, builds strength and flexibility, and fosters a deeper connection to oneβs body, promoting overall well-being from the inside out.
