The Enneagram offers a key to decoding our personality prison 🔑
Through this ancient wisdom, we explore how to deconstruct unconscious and automatic patterns in self and relationships 🌱
There are 9 basic personality types, grouped into 3 core defense triads:

💃 Workshop Process
In this workshop, we use Authentic Movement and personal rituals to gently meet and heal our childhood stories — the stories that still live in the body and shape our behavior 🧒💞

These become structures for self-awareness, healing, and transformation ✨
The Enneagram serves as a guide throughout the process 🧭

🌿 Course Instructor
Chrystabel Butler is a certified Integrative Psychotherapist and Dance Movement Therapist, with a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy 🎓
She has led workshops in Somatic Dance and Creative Psychotherapy since 2009 and offers personal movement coaching through Authentic Movement and rehabilitative modalities 🤍
🧘 Certified Yoga & Pilates instructor since 2007, she has taught in Australia and Japan
🤸 Background in competitive gymnastics
🌍 Taught Contact Improvisation in UK, Japan, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Australia
Since 2014, she has been deeply engaged in Axis Syllabus, integrating anatomy, physics, and biomechanics into movement and dance.
