i'm jaime. i'm a shamanic practitioner, reiki master-level teacher and holistic mental wellness practitioner. i stay fascinated at the wonder of this human organism and the intersections of our layers of being: the soma-psyche-soul. my background is in clinical mental health, yoga, kundalini yoga, kundalini energy and energy healing including usui reiki. somatic energetics is a synthesis of these experiences and a manifestation of divinely guided self-healing in my own personal process. what i love about it most is that it is not the teacher/therapist/practitioner/guide holding the keys to healing-- it's y o u : the one merging into flow with your soma's intrinsic wisdom & your spark of essence.
