About this Event
Somatic Dinner Series: A Dance of the Senses
Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening of food, play, and pure presence. This isn’t your typical dinner! Enjoy a 3-course meal lovingly prepared by your hosts and explore each dish through practices that engage all five senses—and even a few that go beyond.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’ll bring gratitude to the table with a guided meditation and sensory exercises designed to deepen your connection to the food and those around you. You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on how your unique somatic “fingerprint” connects with each flavor and texture.
You’ll get to play with your food, and don’t worry, we won’t tell Mom.
The Journey

Reflect and share insights from the evening in a warm, supportive circle, honoring the connections made over the meal.
- 7:15pm-8:00pm — Social Free Flow
Unwind with herbal tea and continue connecting freely with others, enjoying a relaxed, post-meal ambiance.
