This is going to be a deep and beautiful held journey of self-discovery and freedom, where you bring your whole self, compassionate enquiry, inspired intentions and willingness to receive.We will have circle time, guided somatic enquiry, meditations. optional take home reflective exercises and Dance!!

Week 4 - Connection to Others - November 5th
Week 5 - Transcending Limitations - November 19th
Week 6 - Embody your Inner Power - November 26th
Week 7 - Awakening Creativity and Joy - December 3rd
This is a closed group so that we can share, support and celebrate our journey together.
The venue is beautiful, the music will be gorgeous and I promise to give you a deep, profound yet playful experience, where you can uncover some of your hidden jewels and shine the light on where it needs illumination
