If you like to dance and/or drum - join us in a small group setting (indoors until the weather is nice!).Feel free to free flow, drum and move or drum while others move!
This is meant to be for community bonding and sharing holding space to explore our own beats together while also practing being embodied - fully where we are in our bodies. Meeting our body where it's at and simply move or flow to release stagnation, tensions, frustrations or move energy for healing and comfort. "Dance" does not look any way but how we FEEL into the beat and shake out as needed.
Slow movements can also help you feel more intentional and come into acknowledgment with our experience.
