Places are limited to 10, and run to a minimum number of 6.
For people brand new to Yael's style of working, please contact her to express your interest in joining and for a chat to see if it's a fit.
Contraindications:
If any of the below apply to you, please consult your medical practitioner or contact Yael first to ensure it is safe for you to take part in Conscious Connected Breathwork:
* Pregnancy first trimester
* Detached Retina or Glaucoma
* High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
* Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke.
* Epilepsy / Seizures
* Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
* Complex PTSD and disassociation
* Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
For new participants, a completed intake form is required prior to attendance.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, however, if we have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Yael Hochenberg is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, offering embodied joyful integrative practices, to support YOU in living you BEST LIFE!
These include Somatic Conscious Connected Breathwork, MER (Myofascial Energetic Release) Bodywork and DanceJOY classes.
She firmly believes that what we give our attention to amplifies, and her mission/purpose as facilitator, is helping people to remember who they are, why they're here, and to safely release all barriers that hold them back.
