💫 Join us for a deeply introspective journey. 💫 Somatic Connection: an evening healing retreat is a carefully curated 3-hour retreat that includes many styles of Somatic practices.
💫 Our bodies are a collection of thoughts, emotions and experiences. Throughout our lives, we learn ways to cope with challenges, stress, anxiety and we unconsciously create ‘holding patterns’ in the body. This reflects in the way we move, the way we feel, our posture, and even the way we react and process situations.
💫 Working with Somatic practices helps us recognize and accept exactly where we’re at. It encourages embodiment and empowerment all while exploring with a gentle curiosity.
💫 This retreat will show you tools and practices that may unlock the potential for change, growth, and offer you an enhanced ‘mind-body’ connection.
