In this 2-hour workshop, we'll explore the Inner Critic and strengthen our relationship with the Inner Mentor. Through psychology, mindfulness, and somatic practices, we'll learn to understand self-doubt and criticism and amplify the compassionate voice of our Inner Mentor.
Leave with strategies to transform self-limiting beliefs into opportunities for growth and self-expression. Bring a journal, a pen, and your authentic self.

Andrea is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience in adult psychotherapy, with offices in Pacifica and San Francisco. She helps clients reclaim their vitality, inner peace, and worthiness. Dani, a 500RYT-certified yoga instructor since 2020, has been practicing for nearly 10 years. She combines her knowledge of neuroscience, anatomy, and yoga philosophy with humor and relatability. Passionate about accessible health and wellness, she creates a safe, inclusive space for all.
