This 90-minute in-person circle, led by Breathwork Facilitator Zara Yelemessova, is a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself through conscious breath, movement, and intuitive practices. This is an invitation to explore what lies beneath the surface — emotionally, energetically, and somatically.
Rooted in a multidimensional, trauma-informed approach, this circle supports you in:
– Releasing emotional blockages and stress stored in the body
– Balancing inner polarities — masculine & feminine, doing & being, control & surrender
– Regulating your nervous system and expanding emotional resilience
– Gaining clarity on unconscious beliefs, ancestral imprints, and inner conflicts
– Reclaiming your energy, presence, and inner authority
– Feeling supported through ritual, reflection, and community witnessing
Through a powerful blend of breathwork, somatic healing practices — including sound, movement, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment — you’ll build the capacity to meet yourself and your life with greater clarity, compassion, and softness. You’ll learn to show up fully, rooted in your truth and authenticity.
This circle is for anyone — whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, emotional suppression, or simply sensing there’s more to who you are. It’s a space to breathe into that knowing and let it unfold.
