ReMothering Mamas is opening up space for you to breathe, connect, and be held at our new home within the Sattva Wellness Collective in Naugatuck.
Somatic Breathwork isn’t “just deep breathing.” It’s a guided journey that helps you release what your body has been holding, so you can finally feel lighter, softer, and more open to love.

Somatic breathwork is a practice used to support you in body-first healing.
It incorporates conscious breathing and somatic experiencing to go beyond the thinking mind to access the wisdom within your body.
It's an evidence-based practice that supports the nervous system's recovery after chronic stress and/or trauma.
