This is a 2-hour Somatic Breathwork journey that is held in the collective presence of up to 5 people. If you're feeling stuck need clarity or need to release some emotions this is for you!
Somatic Breathwork™ is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. It allows you to release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts feelings and old narratives by discharging it out through your body.
It does this by utilizing guided circular breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. It's an incredibly unique experience. This is a group experience but is also offered privately if preferred.
