Our journey begins by delving into an understanding of the breath. Through shared contemplation or movement practices, we'll foster a connection with ourselves and each other. We'll spend up to an hour lying down, engaging in active breathwork and relaxed integration. Potential Benefits:

What you'll need:
Wear comfortable clothing

For your comfort, we recommend keeping meals light at least an hour before the session. Arriving early allows you to set up your cozy spot and complete a waiver form.
