Join me at The StarHouse, a beautiful sanctuary nestled in the foothills of Boulder, for a powerful ceremonial gathering—a time to come together in community, honor our bodies, and embark on a journey of profound release and deep trauma healing through Somatic Breathwork!
One of my favorite things in the whole wide world is facilitating this work. It's my goal to create a space where you feel totally, completely, authentically YOU. In a world that pressures us to be and do and look a certain way, this is a safe space for you to simply be, to simply exist. Come as you are.
This guided experience is more than just breathwork—it is a ceremony of transformation. Through conscious, connected breathing, combined with integrative touch, we activate key points in the body to release stored tension, process unresolved emotions, and restore balance to the nervous system. This practice creates a safe and supportive container for you to move through what is ready to be released and step into a state of clarity, connection, and renewal.
