What to expect?
During a breathwork session, you will be guided to explore different breathing patterns to access your body's innate healing intelligence. As you move into Theta brainwaves, you access the subconscious to release outdated programming, enhance self-awareness, and install new, empowering mindsets. All that is required of you is to breath and feel. The session is followed by the harmonious embrace of an Alchemy Soundbath.
