Join us for an immersive and heart-opening evening with Christina Rowland, Somatic Relationship Coach and Spiritual Guide, as she leads her signature Somatic Sound Ceremony — a powerful journey of vocal activation, breathwork, and sound healing.
This unique experience begins with vocal activation, awakening your voice and stimulating the vagus nerve — the key to unlocking the part of your body where emotions are stored. From there, you’ll move into somatic breathwork, using your breath as a bridge to feel, process, and release what no longer serves you. The evening concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing you to integrate and harmonize everything you’ve experienced.
This is more than a ceremony — it’s an invitation to reconnect with your body, free your voice, and open your heart to peace, clarity, and emotional release.

Christina is a Somatic Relationship Coach & Spiritual Guide who helps others move energy and emotions through the body, heal trauma, and transform stress into love and joy. After losing both of her parents, Christina found her purpose in guiding others toward deeper connection and authentic living. A Certified Life Coach since 2019, her practice integrates vocal activation, somatic breathwork, PSYCH-K®, sound healing, and plant medicine. When she’s not holding space for transformation, Christina can be found singing, learning new instruments, or spending time in nature with her partner and their two dogs.
