The workshop will conclude with a community gathering for Q&A and personal guidance on integrating breathwork into your daily practice, helping you stay grounded even amidst the busyness of life.
What to Expect:

What to Wear:Please wear comfortable, relaxed clothing or active wear that allows for easy movement. Don't forget to bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
