Join YC's Crystal Little for an afternoon of heart-opening ? rose tea, Somatic Breathwork, and community. Somatic Breathwork™ is an embodiment experience that takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body's electrical network - the nervous system. This practice employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. You will release energy from repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body. This may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you engage your innate ability to heal and release defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. We recommend eating light beforehand, bringing a journal to jot down any thoughts or insights after the session, and have a light schedule planned for afterward.
