WHAT TO EXPECT
Breathwork is an incredible modality for healing, expanding your subconscious mind, releasing blocks, and reprogramming your beliefs. In breathwork, we use breath to activate different parts of your nervous system and create shifts in your energetic state and feeling. In this class we will be using a beautiful technique called Somatic Breath Activation Technique. At the beginning of class we will set an intention of what you wish to release, then I will teach you all about the breath technique we will be using as well as sensations you may experience.
After that we will begin our breathwork journey which is entirely guided to support you. At the end of class we complete by having the option to share anything that came up for you during the class that you feel called to share.
W e will then enjoy delicious restorative smoothies as we continue sharing, pulling cards and building relationships with like minded women.
W HAT TO WEAR/BRING
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga class vibes. Bring a light sweater and even a blanket. Bring your yoga mat or anything that will make you comfortable to lay on cement. Bring water.
The flooring is concrete so if you want to be more comfortable you can bring an extra mat or blanket to add to your mat.

Kourtney is dedicated to guiding women back to themselves so they can reconnect back to life and their desires. She is a somatic activation breathwork practitioner, intimacy and empowerment coach. With 10 years in the wellness industry and 3 years holding client sessions in multiple modalities. Breathwork has been such a sacred space to hold. Witnessing people come into the space nervous, stressed, worried about what may come up, to leaving in peace and liberation having released what no longer serves you . She can’t wait to guide you through this session.
Heather (owner of LUV Nutrition) has been in the wellness and empowerment space for 13 years. From coaching athletes for performance, to coaching their Mom's to release overwhelm, she has a heart for people and transformation. She opened LUV Nutrition 2 years ago with her husband Julio, a smoothie & energy bar with the intention of also being a community hub. Like minded people coming together to spread LOVE & wellness to the world. Hosting & creating various events from paint & sips to healing events, fitness event or networking happy hours, LUV has become the go to spot and we can't wait for you to experience it.
