About this Event
I invite you to join me for some Somatic Activated Healing created by Sah D Simone. I fell in love with this form of healing because it allowed me to express emotions from painful memories and moments in my life that I haden't managed to heal from. Reclaiming all of myself back!!
✨ Somatic Activated Healing - using the physical body to heal from painful emotions using the ancient modalities of meditation, breathwork, ecstatic dance and mantra. Removing the toxic residue that is left in the body after trauma which can often lead to mental health issues and chronic physical pain. This spiritual approach blends Buddhism with contemplative psychology in supporting the awakening of human hearts.
