SOMA UNITY somatic movement and dance improvisation

SOMA UNITY is 2 hours of pure connection to oneself through somatic movement and dance improvisation.

'The unity is the body experience.'
This space is for you to drop deep into yourself and experience the unity on cellular level, to re-member its vibration in your body, to trust your feeling and your sensing.
The sense of the dancer is part of the dance.

This class is for Every Body, whether you would like to:
*connect to yourself in a new way
*take care of your body and your well-being
*learn simple nervous system regulatory techniques
*explore creative ways of movement and expressing yourself
*connect deeper and experience your vibratory sense of being
*re-connect to aliveness
*lose yourself in dance and 'be danced'
*meet the community of like-minded people
*have fun and some quality time

There is no experience needed, everyone is welcome!

We will begin with centring meditation, gentle somatic warm up and movement exploration/inquiry, followed by free and spontaneous dance improvisation as one group field.

Exchange: £20 Regular Entry or Super Saver £15 plus small booking fee

Wear comfortable clothing as some floor movement is guaranteed :)
Bring a bottle of water.
