This workshop will play with improvisation and contemporary techniques. Focusing on natural movement pathways unique to your own body. Listening and understanding what your mind and body love to do and what they naturally avoid. A somatic practice involving a kind and curious, exploration of movement.
Kia Ora koutou! I am Tabitha Dombroski, a multidisciplinary movement artist from New Zealand, currently based in Jersey with Ballet D’Jèrri. In my career, I have focused on community driven projects, collaborating with local artists wherever I am based. I am passionate about moving in a healthy manner and its connection to mental health. I LOVE meeting new people who share a passion for what they love.
