Join us in conversation with Soma Devi and a screening of GWL's 'Shifting Sands' to spark discussion around gender-based violence.
About this Event

We will be in conversation with Soma Devi, author of The White Dove, which tells her story of honour-based oppression and her journey to safety, freedom, and peace. This will be accompanied by 'Shifting Sands', a short film (30m) produced by Glasgow Women's Library to explore the signs and effects of coercive control.
Please note that this event will include discussion and depictions of gender-based violence. Members of the Glasgow Women's Library will be available for support on the night, and we advise taking space when needed.
