This is an active meet-up for self-identified women. Women of any age are welcome. Meet ups 10/13, 11/10 and 12/8 are planned, so Second Sundays! We will do a quick free-write, short guided or individual warm up, peaceful (silent and brief) mediation, then dance and grow together. We will honor the somatic process throughout. No charge, but suggested love donations between $7- $15 pp will be accepted. Tea provided. PS> There are 10 stairs to navigate. Other meet ups at completely accessible spaces can be arranged. No tickets but RSVP because space is limited. Come women, let's create the community we long to celebrate.
