Think Ecstatic Dance plus Breathwork!! We will mostly be standing shaking dancing and sometimes incorporating Rhythmic Breathing which can drop you deeper quicker. Enjoy AUM's, connecting to your voice sound vibration as well. At the end of the session we'll go to seated and do some seated breathwork to incorporate everything integrate and do breath holding too. Enjoy solo journey or connect with others during too. Use inner child or parts work or play as desired throughout. Hope to see you there and connect, we'll have a great time dancing listening to great SOMA Breath music and breathing together in rhythm.
