An Immersive 3-part series on Balancing Well-Being with Somatics and Ayurveda.
Join us as we gather and learn how to practice Somatics and Ayurveda to balance the mind, body and spirit in our modern day world. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be guided by Ayurveda and Yoga Teacher, Liz Graham on how living life through an Ayurvedic lens can promote an easier state of well-being. In the second portion, you’ll be guided by Somatic-Attachment Therapist, Katt Townsend LCSW, TIYT on how to implement the sensory awareness practice of Somatics to catch yourself from spinning down a rabbit hole of guilt, fear and shame that often comes with learning a new skill.

Tickets are $33 and the maximum number of participants is 20 people.
