A formative and immersive workshop combining dynamic yoga, inspired somatic movement, pranayama, and educational exploration of the Niyamas, with a focus on Santosha (contentment). Participants will practice and experience how to integrate yogic philosophy into their personal and somatic practice.Mini Program (~2.5 h):
