Back by popular demand, SOMA: A Spa-Wellness Social by Fire + Ice is booked for February 15! A one-of-a-kind event (SOLD OUT last year) at Average Joe's aims to bring together like-minded individuals seeking balance and rejuvenation by igniting the senses with fire + ice + yoga.
TRUST, you don't want to miss this life-changing experience!
In the spirit of Family Day Weekend, we have opened this year's event to all ages (12+)
Included in this experience:
*Woodfire Saunas (two)
*Cold plunge (ice pool) guided by Clint Gore, Wellness Coach
*Yin Yoga/Meditation with Yoga Educator/Instructor Amanda Cooley (mats provided)
*Private relaxation room with a lake view

There are 4 time slots available (10am-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6pm).
Each slot offers 2 hours of access to the facilities, including 30 min Yin Yoga/Meditation session with Yoga instructor Amanda Cooley.
After your time slot is done, you can stay as long as you wish in the SOMA Lounge (see details below).
There are 12 spots available per time block.

The SOMA Lounge | A Nordic inspired Social
Location: lower room of Average Joe's
Immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere, inspired by Nordic cultures, to connect & socialize with fellow wellness enthusiasts, share stories, and forge new friendships. Average Joe's will be offering Nordic inspired drinks (alc/non-alc) + apps exclusive to the event. Open to all. Invite your friends and family to cheer you on!
