Solving Your Welding Skill Shortages
📣Calling Engineers & Manufacturers📣! Are you struggling to find qualified welders 🥽?
Do you know about Welding Skills Bootcamps? They could solve a lot of your problems!
Funded by the North East Combined Authority, Welding Inspection, Welding and Advanced Welding at Level 3 are delivered by a range of providers including Gateshead College, Newcastle College and Momentum Training.
Training is delivered over a 6 to16 week period, supporting people who are unemployed (free) and also upskilling those currently in employment (10 – 30% cost according to company size).
Hear from those in industry about how they have used Welding Bootcamps to solve problems in recruiting welders in the region, created a pipeline of current and future welding talent and manage productivity.
Join Paul Lewis, Technical Director from Universal Wolf to hear about their experiences of Welding Skills Bootcamps and the creation of a world class welding talent pool.
This is also an opportunity to meet the current cohort of trainees in advance of facilitated interviews.
