About this Event

By contrast, with authentic patience you can remain balanced, flexible and strong, especially when things go wrong!
During this morning retreat, special Guest Teacher Gen Chokyi will guide practical meditations and offer a wise and encouraging perspective to help you gradually develop the calm, wise, and spacious mind of patience.
No previous experience is needed, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
