Unlike typical festivals or weekenders, the Solstice TED Retreat is all about creating a deep, transformative experience in a serene, countryside setting. Surrounded by forests and fields, we offer a cozy, intimate atmosphere with a personalized approach and a beautifully crafted dance journey. A Very Special Date:
Our retreat coincides with the Summer Solstice on June 21st, marking the longest day and shortest night of the year. To celebrate this sacred time, we will host a unique Slavic ritual by the river — a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
As always, we’ll offer soul-stirring ceremonies, transformative workshops, amazing zouk parties, and the unforgettable, cozy atmosphere you know and love. 💖

Our event starts on Friday 20 June around 2 PM (there will be a pick up arranged from central Warsaw), followed by a check-in and late lunch.
After that we will start with an opening circle and first Brazilian Zouk Class. The main part ends on Monday 23 June, after morning workshops, closing circle and lunch around 1PM (transport back to the city centre will be arranged).
Beside the main event, we are offering a possibility to arrive at the venue one day earlier on Thursday evening (19 June) and stay with us on Monday night after the official part of the event ends. That’s the time of the event when you can fully relax in the nature, spend extra time with other students and artists, take private classes with our teachers, book massages and simply chill or even dance more. Unofficial socials will take place.

About Joanna
Joanna Zwierzyńska is a professional dancer, internationally qualified dance coach, dance judge, choreographer, and actress. She has a very clear understanding of human motor skills and constantly educates herself in new techniques. She has taught dance in over 30 countries, and has been teaching, performing, and dancing her heart out at international zouk festivals for over 11 years. She pioneered zouk in Poland in 2011 in Warsaw, and she is a qualified judge of the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council.
She has taught zouk together with Pasty, Kamacho, and William dos Santos, and in recent years found success and immense pride in teaching popular solo follower
classes at international festivals, attracting zoukers wanting to learn her unique and expressive style of dancing in order to enhance their partner dancing.
Her methodology combines a high level of technique with expression and playfulness.

About Jarek
Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have been my passions for over 20 years and thanks to the experience I have gained during that time as a Personal Trainer, Dietitian and former athlete in Bodybuilding sports I have the tools to help others achieve better physical shape and feel better in their body.
Recently I had the pleasure to work with dancers and see how a proper workout might help them to achieve their dance goals faster and avoid injuries.
My mission is to show you that taking care of yourself can be simple and enjoyable - daily activity, proper nutrition and proper regeneration translate into a healthier and more energetic life. I know how difficult it is to take this first step, so my priority is to form new habits that will allow you to enjoy your health and full strength for many years to come.
If you feel that the time has come to take matters into your own hands, you are motivated and ready to work. I look forward to hearing from you.

About Jennifer
Jenni Noon has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Above all, she believes yoga is for everyone. She loves working with people of all ages, body types and experiences. Her aim is to help people feel good in their bodies.
Jenni has a dance background. She took her first ballet class at the age of 3, and later started exploring other forms of dance and movement practices. This mix of experience is reflected in the way she practices yoga. Expect a slow flow, with cues, modifications and hands-on assists aimed at helping you find what works for your body.
Jenni lives in London, where she teaches weekly classes. She has completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga, and an advanced teacher training in Forrest Yoga. Between 9-5, she also works as an economist. She tries not to take it all too seriously.
