Jen is a former bedside nurse and for the last 6 years has committed to providing restful sound immersion experiences as her livelihood to support balance in the nervous system.
Jen's sound immersion combined with Jess's use of props and hands-on-assists will support you through a deep meditation that will help ground you and feel the warmth within you to take into the Winter season.❄️
