Solstice is just around the corner and this year a group of us are gathering to do something a little different.
We’ll be powerfully and gently meeting our shadows together as the sun hits its lowest point and we head into the depths of winter.
This day will be held by local facilitators Matthew Liam Gardner and Jote Prakash Singh in their first collaboration together.
We’ll create a space of safety, honesty and connection.
The first half of the day will be centered around meaningful individual and group practices that bring us into contact with our shadow.
The second half of the day will see us enter into emergent ritual together, and a process of natural alchemy and integration.
You’ll leave our time together feeling like you’ve deeply met yourself, integrated your shadow a little more as we come into the darker months AND honoured the solstice turning well.
There’s 14 spaces only, and it would be beautiful if you felt to join us.

Matthew Liam Gardner is an Aquarian Age Thought Leader, Cultural Visionary and 2nd Generation Master Teacher. He facilitates life-changing workshops, ritual experiences, and multi-day immersions both online and in-person.
About Jote Prakash
Jote Prakash is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer, Founder of Inspiro Circle Work and Earth Village CIC. He holds space with utmost devotion to the Sacred, space that is trauma-aware, deeply transformational and gets to be a lot of fun on the journey too.
