Join us for a transformative 1-day, 1-night camping retreat filled with rejuvenating activities to align your mind, body, and spirit with the energy of the summer solstice. Here's what you can expect:
Day 1:
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. : Check-in and settle into your campsite.
10:30 a.m. : Welcome ceremony to set intentions and connect with fellow participants.
11:00 a.m. : Paddle Board Clinic: Learn the basics of paddle boarding, rescue, a fun party trick and explore the serene waters.
12:30 p.m. : Lunch will be provided at the Waterside Food Park in the Indian Point Community.
1:30 - 2:30 p.m. : Align with the energy of the Summer Solstice with an Astrology Workshop.
2:30 - 4:30 p.m. : Free time to relax, explore, hang in your hammock, or maybe, beach time,
5:30 - 7:00 p.m. : Gather for a delicious dinner out in the Indian Point Community (attendees responsible for their own dinner).
7:00 p.m. : Sunset SUP Yoga and Meditation: Harness the tranquil energy of the setting sun with a rejuvenating yoga practice on paddle boards.
Evening: Unwind and connect with fellow retreaters around the fire pit before retiring for the night.
Day 2: Morning: Pack up and have a bid farewell with a power snack to go.
Included:
Campsite with access to showers, bathrooms, and beach area.
Snacks, water, and lunch provided.
What to Bring:
Tent, sleeping bags, pillows.
Swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, towels.
Personal care items and any specialty needs. Money for dinner in the Indian Point community.
Please note: Limited spots are available, with only 10 openings remaining. For those who prefer, bringing your own board is an option.
