Rosemarkie Beach Caves
Join us for a sacred sound retreat this Winter Solstice.
Our morning will begin with a mindful candlelit walk along the beach, taking in the sun sunrise on this sacred and shortest day of the year.
Arriving at our enchanting candlelit beachside cave we will get warm by a cosy fire while we take part in a guided meditation.
Finding stillness in body and mind, our magical sound bath experience will begin. Uniquely for this special session, Amanda and Ali will be playing the Bronze Himalayan Singing Bowls together to wrap you in a cocoon of sound.
On emerging from our sound bath, heart warming cacao will be served while we take in the soothing sounds of nature.
There will then be time for reflection in a guided journaling session, where you will be invited to go within and connect to yourself on a deeper level, honouring the rhythms of nature and setting intentions for the year ahead.
***Please be aware that this session will be taking place outdoors, so come prepared with suitable warm waterproof clothing and footwear. We will be walking for approximately 30 minutes each way along the beach over rough terrain including stones and crossing streams so please ensure that you are confident in your physical ability to take part. We will be taking our time in our journey and can pause if desired. As with all sound bath events, the session may not be suitable for those with metal implants, epilepsy or for those who are pregnant.
