Join Chelsea Dawn and Kelsey Baker for a Solstice Gathering at Mellow Mountain Yoga Studio in Radium, BC. We will honour the darkness by shining our lights together in conscious community. Chelsea will offer a gentle Yin Yoga practice with guided meditation to ground into the elements of the season. Kelsey will offer Acutonics through the yoga practice and carry us into a transformative Sound Journey during an extended savasana. Following our practice we will share herbal tea and each have the opportunity to create a hand-dipped beeswax altar candle to capture the light we have created and take it home to illuminate our lives through the year. Tips on seasonal observances will be shared.
