Join us for a meditative journey with the drum as our guide.
Whether you want to use this experience purely for relaxation or set an intention to seek guidance during your journey is entirely up to you.
We will guide you, providing a safe space to explore your inner realms.
Drums have been used for 30,000 years as a vehicle to transport our consciousness/minds into a state of relaxation, trance, exploring the inner worlds to help us better understand ourselves and the world around us.
The vibrational frequency of the drum, helps transport our brain waves from our usual awake beta state towards the alpha and theta states we experience during sleep.
This is an immersive experience into our psyche to reveal insight into the subconscious normally hidden within.
Uschi Kruger
Worked over 30 years with shamanic practices, teaching journeying , soul retrieval, extraction work. Known for her unique divination work.
Louise Cox
Has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years, has a degree in Theology specialising in Classical and Tantric Yoga.
