About the workshop leader:
Dr. Claire Welton, Ed.D., PLPC, is a therapist who spent her 20's on the dating apps, feeling ready, but attracting all of the wrong guys. After 2-300 dates over the agonizing decade, she was fed up and changed her approach. Shortly after, she found her husband, and they married in 2020. Learn from Claire as she shares techniques from her personal experience, her knowledge and expertise as a therapist who loves working with attachment, couples and relationships, and self-led research.
Claire holds a B.A. in Communications, M.A. in School and Clinical Counseling, and a Doctorate in Teacher Leadership and over thousands of sessions with clients helping them navigate this thing called life!
