Prepare for an hour of badass jazz movement! You will sweat, challenge the way your body moves, and have an amazing time!Solo jazz movement underlies all partnered jazz & swing dance (lindy hop, balboa, shag, etc). It is movement rooted in black culture and is grounded in earthy, polyrhythmic expressions of jazz music.
This will challenge the seasoned dancer and the novice alike.
It is fun, it is a work out, and it is awesome!
