Being your own boss can be brilliant – but it can also be lonely. Without colleagues to bounce ideas off, celebrate wins with or share frustrations, it’s easy to feel isolated.

In this Play to Grow workshop you’ll use playful modelling to explore your current support system (or lack of one), identify the gaps and create a realistic plan to bring the right people into your circle. These might be collaborators, mentors, accountability partners or even just people who get what it’s like to run a small business.

You’ll leave with a clearer map of where and how to find the support you need – and the confidence to reach out and make it happen.
