Love blues music and blues dance? Keen to develop your quality and range of movement and your own personal style? Join us for a solo blues workshop taught by visiting US dancer. This will be followed by open floor time: time for you to ask questions, practice your moves, social dance and hang out with your community.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
S.E. is a dedicated Blues dancer who has a graduate degree in educational pedagogy, and brings her dynamic classroom experience and style to teaching dance. S.E. has taught at local dances and events around the country, including Boston, San Francisco, New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Albany, Fort Collins, Pittsburgh, Providence, Seattle, and Phoenix. Always inspired and driven by the music, her grounded, gritty style has brought them national and international recognition.

REGISTRATION
Standard: $30 per workshop
Concession: $25 (for students, unemployed, underemployed and low income earners)
Social only: $5

*An intermediate/advanced workshop will be run before the solo blues class. This is intended for dancers who have been working on their blues dancing for some time and are keen to dig deeper. To manage levels and registration numbers, attendance will mostly be by invitation. If this is of interest to you, please let me know.
