SOLTRĒ presents SOLMÉÉTS: A H.Y.A. Yoga Series.
SOLMÉÉTS was created with the community in mind for collectively ‘soul-searching’ with like minded individuals through Trauma-Informed Breathwork, Yoga & Movement.
Meet us in various outdoor locations (weather permitting) as we explore the beautiful elements inside of ourselves as well as the elements in our beautiful neighborhoods.

*Mat
*Yoga Block/Pillow (Optional, sweaters/towels are great alternatives)
*Water (Optional)
