[solidcore] x Station House Rooftop Pop-Up!

We are so excited to be hosting a [solidcore]-inspired workout on the rooftop at Station House DTSP as we prepare to open this September! The class will incorporate body-weight versions of exercises you see during our classes; bring a mat, a towel, a water, and a friend! At the end of the workout, we will be raffling off free [solidcore] classes. Entry is free and we would love to have you a part of our [community]!With over 110 studios nationwide, [solidcore] is making its debut in Tampa/St. Pete this July! We are a low impact and high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling challenged and [empowered]. We are located in the Edge District on Central Ave. (right undder the new Moxy Hotel) and will be opening this June.
