We're hosting LIVE coach auditions on Saturday, June 29th + Sunday, June 30th at 1PM + 3:30PM for our [solidcore] Nashville market as we prepare to open our newest location in Germantown!

Auditions will be held at [solidcore] The Gulch (814 Division Street, Nashville, TN 37203)-

[solidcore] is a full-body, resistance-based workout that breaks down muscles to failure so that they build back stronger. What also makes [solidcore] so unique is it’s an immersive experience – a dimly lit room under the blue lights, energizing music and you. Our coaches’ personalities are a big part of what makes our [community] so special.

No fitness or coaching experience is required. Come as your authentic self – we’ll teach you everything you need to know! At [solidcore], you’re not just delivering a workout… You’re helping people create the strongest version of themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

You should come prepared to [sweat] as you will be instructed through a 15-20 minute core and oblique sequence. Class will be followed by your 2 minute audition and group interview. You can expect the entire process to take about an hour.

HOW TO AUDITION:

You will be leading your audience through a️HIGH ENERGY️ 2-minute fitness related activity of your choosing (PLEASE NO STRETCHING/YOGA/BREATHING ACTIVITY). Your audition should take 2-3 minutes MAX. We do not recommend doing anything that requires equipment as you will not be able to utilize our machine.

What are we looking for?

• HIGH Energy!
• Understanding of and passion for the [solidcore] brand, workout, and community.
• Ability to lead and motivate a group.
• Ability to deliver clear, succinct, and instructive cues following the [solidcore] blueprint (detailed below) as well as speak confidently, and with energy through the full 2-minute exercise of your choosing.
• Ability to connect with diverse personalities and provide support to individuals with varying needs. Genuine, unique, and positive personality.

You will be scored on the following skills:

[energy]

--Motivation - verbally shares positive, inspiring and encouraging language

--Presence - ability to command the room fill the space by speaking 90% of the time, exudes confidence, makes eye contact, uses facial expressions and animated gestures, provides demos, uses names

[safety]

--Form - articulates cues clearly that are descriptive and instructional regarding body placement and movement, explains the importance of proper body placement and movement as it relates to safety

--**Imagine there was not a visual; could the person watching your audition still follow your cues?

--Support - explains and offers modifications and/or amplifications for all levels

[communication]

--Clear - articulate, descriptive, and explanatory, utilizes specific goal-directed, task-oriented phrases

--Voice inflection - sets the tone for the class with varied tonal inflection following the peaks and valleys of the intensity of the class, uses animated cues (varies between intensity, volume, and pace)
