SolFlow: AcroYoga, Slackline, & Flow Arts returns Sunday, June 30th, 2024 at Cedar Hill State Park for a LAKE DAY!SolFlow is a communal event that brings out open-ended workshops like Acro Yoga, Slackline, and Flow Arts where you can learn, play, and grow with your friends and family!
Throughout the event we will have open-ended workshops (acro yoga, slackline, and flow arts) that will occur over the duration of the event, and other workshops that have scheduled times. Schedule is below!
This time we will be taking over a small cove near where Loop P ends, close to the Cedar Hill State Park DORBA trail. We will post a photo in the "Discussions" section of the event page, but there isn't an accurate address. You can find Cedar Hill State Park DORBA Trails on maps though.
The park charges $7 a day, per person, kids under 12 are free.
Alcohol is not permitted, so disguise it accordingly if you do drink. We will cover the park fee for instructors, event leaders, and those who donated upfront.
LEAVE NO TRACE! All trash must be picked up and discarded appropriately. There are trash cans and dumpsters onsite.
Justin Tull will be providing sound equipment and DJing during the event. Show him some love when you see him!

7:00pm TBD (possibly open flow)
7:30pm-8:30pm Drum Circle w/ Gary
9:00pm End
(Cedar Hill State Park closes at 10pm unless you are camping overnight. Must reserve campsite ahead of time.)
