Have you ever heard the saying “Don’t go into a New Year with this year’s dirt”? Or, at least a saying something like that? My Great Grandmother believed it was important to start a New Year off with a clean house. I do my best to continue that tradition to this day. This year, I’m offering a different spin on my Great Grandmother’s tradition. Come and join me on Sunday December 29th at 3pm for a Solfeggio Sound Bath Meditation. The Solfeggio Frequencies are known to be healing frequencies that help unblock and clear stuck and stagnant energies held within your body. So, let’s prepare ourselves by letting go of energies that do not serve our highest and greatest good and embrace 2025 as the best versions of ourselves. We will be starting with a little activity to set your intentions before your sound journey. This will help you focus on what energies you want to clear and what energies you want to bring in. Deepening the impact of our intentions is the energy of the New Moon with the New Year. What a perfect time to start a new chapter.
Additionally, I’m putting together a wellness gift basket that some lucky Sweet Soul will get to go home with. When you’ve sent me a PM and e-transfer to reserve your spot, your name will be entered into the gift basket draw. If you bring a (or multiple) non-perishable food item for the Food Bank, you will have an additional entry/entries for the basket.
Please PM me and send an e-transfer of $40.00 to [email protected] to reserve your spot. Pre-registration is required as space is limited
Dress in comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle and journal. There are padded chairs available if you do not wish to lay on the floor. If you have a preferred camp chair, you are welcome to bring that for yourself. There will be herbal tea and light snacks for after the meditation.
There will be time after the meditation to journal and/or share your journey as well as ask questions.
Doors open at 2:40pm with the meditation starting at 3pm and ending by 5pm. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.
