
About this Event
At Runners' Compass, we are runners aiming to build up the running fitness of fellow runners. Join us for our weekly runs where we focus on simple running drills that aim to improves your running form and thus improving your running endurance to last you farther and longer in your runs. We end off with 3-5km run, follow by cool-down.
