We are so lucky to have Nia guru Ali Whitton lead us through an Nia Technique masterclass. Pure dance therapy wizardry!
In this 1.5hr mini master session, we will break down the real essence of Nia & it’s 52 moves all designed to somatically shift & elevate you with sustainable movement to transcendent music. So dreamy!
We then take these 52 moves & weave them into an hour routine along with free flow movement. An incredible chance to deepen your knowledge of Nia or a perfect introduction to introduce yourself to something new. Nia meets you where you are at : in your body, in your way and that my lovelies is the best part.
